Billing questions

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and billing is handled by Stripe.

What happens when my credits run out?

Your documents, projects and research stay fully accessible — credits only meter AI actions. Top up from £12 for 100 credits (300 for £30, 1,000 for £85), or wait for your next cycle’s allowance.

Does research use my credits?

No. Web-grounded research is bundled with your plan: it runs once per project per category across six categories and is shared by every document in the project.

What’s the difference between Individual and Team plans?

Pro and Max are designed for individual product leads, with Max providing a higher AI credit allowance. Team Standard and Team Premium are priced per seat and add collaboration and administrative controls, with Team Premium offering more AI credits for teams with greater usage needs.
