Modern Slavery Statement

Our voluntary statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Last updated: 22 July 2026.

This statement is made voluntarily in the spirit of section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps GENSUDO LTD (company number 17169415) takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain.

Our business

Gensudo is a UK-based software company providing an AI product-management workspace. Our workforce is small, professional and directly engaged; we do not operate manufacturing, logistics or other high-risk labour activities.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain consists almost entirely of established technology service providers — cloud hosting, databases, payments, email and AI model providers — each of which publishes its own modern-slavery and responsible-sourcing commitments.

Our commitment

  • We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking.
  • We assess new suppliers’ published commitments as part of selection.
  • Any concern raised about modern slavery in our business or supply chain will be investigated and acted on promptly.

This statement is reviewed annually.
