The agreement that governs your use of Gensudo.
Last updated: 22 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of this website and the Gensudo application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The service is provided by GENSUDO LTD, company number 17169415, registered in England and Wales.
Gensudo provides workspaces, document templates, guidance and AI-assisted drafting, research and review features for product work. Plan features, limits and prices are described on the pricing page; paid subscriptions are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the billing period.
You own the projects and documents you create in Gensudo. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that content to you and the collaborators you invite, and to operate the features you use.
AI-generated content is assistive. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is provided for you to review, edit and approve — it is not professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made using it. Where the service shows citations, these identify sources; they do not guarantee the accuracy of the source itself.
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On termination we will, on request, make your content available for export for a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
